4. Are there support materials for setting up SAVVY?

So your account is approved, you’re getting the account set up and you hit a road block. Not a problem! If you log into your Savvy account you will find helpful information guides and tutorial videos under “tutorials” in the “Help” section. For any questions that might not be answered in those documents and videos, our support team at Savvy is always available to help via phone, email, or online chat.​

6. Who will be billing the donors? Will it say our organization´s name or SAVVY?

We want to make sure that your donors can find things easily, which is why we have made sure that everything will come from your organizations name.

7. I forgot my password, how do I reset my account?

No problem we all forget things sometimes. If you forget your password you can reset it by going to the login page on GiveSavvy.org and following the “forgot password” link located under the password section on the page. You may also contact our support team at Savvy with any additional questions you may have.

8. How many campaigns can I have?

There is no limit to the number of campaigns you can create! Make a million! Or even a million and one!

9. How do I decide on what my processing fee percent should be set to on campaigns?

Each campaign you create gives you the ability to choose from a different processing fee percentage to cover all card transactions. When a Charity is first created the default percentage is set to 3%, which will cover most if not all credit card rates. You are welcome to increase the rate to 5%, or decrease it as low as 2% depending on your preference.  If you need help deciding, feel free to give us a call!

10. How many users can I have on my account?

Feel free to create as many users as your heart desires. There is no limit to the number of users you can have on your account.

11. How do I delete, or edit a user?

To deactivate or edit a user you will go to your “Manage users” tab under account on your Savvy dashboard page. From this section you are able to deactivate and edit user information for your Savvy account.

12. A donor needs to be refunded, how do I do that?

Sometimes mistakes happen, and you may need to process a refund from time to time. To issue a refund you will go to your “Donation Reports” tab. From here you can use the filters option to find the donor, and you will be able to refund the donor from the “Refund” action button located to the left of the donor´s name.

13. How long does it take to receive my deposits in my account?

Who wants to wait for their donations to hit their organization's account? With Savvy all deposits are made on a next day deposit system, so no waiting around for donations to be available. Now you have access to your donations right away in order to help you continue to grow!

14. What video formats can I use on my charity page?

For easy addition to your Charity or Campaign pages, Savvy allows you to add videos from the two most popular video platforms via YouTube and Vimeo.

15. What size does the logo need to be?

For the best-looking logo on your Charity or Campaign page, we recommend using an 850x500 resolution image. For even better results, just post your headshots!

16. How do I sync to eKyros?

18. We opened another location, do we have to open another SAVVY account?

The answer to this question depends on one thing. Will the other location be using a separate bank account? If so, you will need to set up another GiveSavvy account for the new location. If not, feel free to open as many locations as you would like.
